BOISE STATE AND BYU ANNOUNCE FOUR-GAME FOOTBALL SERIES
Boise State University, along with Brigham Young University, announced today (Jan. 14) a four-game, home and home, football series beginning in the 2012 season. Director of Athletics Gene Bleymaier made the announcement for Boise State.
The first game is scheduled to be played at Bronco Stadium in Boise on Sept. 22, 2012. The next game will be in Provo, Utah on Sept. 7, 2013. The 2014 game is scheduled back in Boise for Sept. 6, with the final game to be played at LaVell Edwards Stadium on the BYU campus Sept. 12, 2015.
Bleymaier also announced that a tentative date of Oct. 11 (Saturday) has been set for the Broncos non-conference game at the University of Southern Mississippi this upcoming season.
Other non-conference games Boise State has scheduled for 2008 includes at home against Idaho State University on Aug. 30 (Saturday), at the University of Oregon on Sept. 20 (Saturday) and at Bronco Stadium on Oct. 4 (Saturday) against Bowling Green State University.
The rest of the 2008 schedule will not be released until sometime in early March.
